Full Cream Milk Powder Preparation
Product is made from quality New Zealand full cream milk powder as base powder to provide a rich creamy flavored milk powder. It is a slightly creamed coloured powder homogenous in colour, free flowing and free from hard lumps. Recombined products including sweetened condensed milk, ice cream, yogurt, bakery & confectionery, ready to cook dishes, dairy beverages, chocolate, processed cheese & spreads, and other applications.
Buttermilk Powder Preparation
Product is made from quality low fat butter milk powder as base powder and provides an excellent source of protein. Proteins in dry buttermilk serve as oil/water interfaces, aiding in the stabilization and formulation of fat emulsions. These properties are particularly useful in soups, baked goods, beverages and salad dressings. Besides, the product can be used to enhance the dairy flavour of foods, contributing flavour notes from sweet to sour.
Yogurt Powder

These products usually have a protein content of 33%-36%.
